

As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Doing Well Substack, we collaborated with a team to grow the client’s online presence and boost newsletter subscriptions through a mix of paid and organic strategies. Together, we developed and launched targeted ad campaigns on Meta, Pinterest and Reddit, designed to increase active users on the website and drive newsletter sign-ups. We also created weekly health tips aligned with the themes of their wellness newsletters, helping to build a consistent and engaging organic content strategy. To further support audience engagement, our team produced and shared two Instagram Reels that visually tied into recent newsletter topics. This experience deepened my skills in multi-platform campaign strategy, content development and collaborative digital marketing.

As part of a team of Digital Marketing Specialists for Coerver Arizona, a soccer coaching company, I worked to boost their digital presence through a combination of paid advertising and organic content. Our main goals were to increase website traffic from active users and grow their Instagram following. We developed and managed ad campaigns across Meta and YouTube, targeting soccer families and potential clients with strategic messaging and visuals. For organic content, our team traveled to the training facility to capture on-site footage. We produced a mix of interview Reels with coaches and players, as well as highlight videos that showcased the energy and impact of their programs. This hands-on experience strengthened my skills in performance marketing, content creation, and collaborative campaign execution.
